Hobbies
Golfing on a spring day, walking in the woods, and bicycling are some of my favorite activities. I love being around water, for boating or fishing or just gazing. I enjoy my family and especially my new grandbaby! Life is better when filled with kindness.

Seller reviewBeth's father is the former owner of our mobile home park. We knew she had intimate knowledge of the mobile home market, specifically our park. This was the first time we had sold a property. Beth used her extensive experience and knowledge to educate us on the process, and patiently answered our questions in detail. This sale presented challenges due to mobile home financing for the buyer, and remote closing. Beth was tireless in coordinating with the buyer's lender and lawyer, always keeping us in the loop. When the closing was delayed a month, Beth negotiated with the buyer to pay that month's lot rent, saving us $500. Using Digi-signed documents, she saved us several lengthy trips to Belvidere. We are especially appreciative of her efforts on our behalf, considering the relatively low value of our property. Beth even exceeded the high expectations we had for her performance!
