Seller reviewBetsy Hurst Younger impressed my husband and I immediately when we first met, even though she was not our realtor then. Through the 5 years we lived here, I kept seeing her name in the Realestate market. My husband and I had a Realestate company in Morgan Hill where we moved from. We also had worked at Century 21 when we first started Realestate, each at different times. We both had high regards for Century 21 and knew their agents were well trained and most likely "star " workers! Proved correct with Betsy! Communication is key for a realtor and client. There was never a time when I couldn't get hold of her and we were told of every step. Betsy became like a family member, one you could trust! lol! Would we use Betsy again? In a heart beat and most certainly will recommend her to anyone in search of a competent realtor! Again a 10+ rating at 100% effort! Century 21 was helpful with the online feedback about our house for sale and what was going on in the area market. Good enough that she will remain a valued friend even though we are no longer an active client! Betsy will continue to have her clients in mind while she continues to educate herself and others, by being a CAR director,(California Association of Realtors) That's quite an honor, to represent your association at the state level.
