Bev Kalb was great to work with and she had a lot of patience. We had many unforeseen bumps along the way in selling our home, but she took them in stride. Her positive attitude is what allowed us not to give up and now we are enjoying our new home. Bev took very good pictures of our property and home which generated a lot of interest from the beginning. She was always efficient in drawing up contracts and had us sign them with her. She went over the contracts explaining in detail what each item meant and answered our questions knowledgeably. We received a good offer for our home. Mr. Longacre was also very helpful when we found that we needed to put in a new septic system. He explained to us the preparation work that would be done, such as soil and perk testing, and about the different types of septic systems and approximate costs. Bev also had a lot of knowledge about septic systems , but she had Mr. Longacre join our meeting to add his expertise and to help calm our anxieties. Our overall experience with Bev Kalb was great. She worked with us through all the set-backs and in this way showed us her patience and trustworthiness. We felt able to talk to Bev with our concerns. Bev is amazing. She really cares about her customers. Its not just a home sale for her. Bev will go out of her way to do everything to keep you informed and make sure it is the right thing. She does not pressure you at all. What a all around great lady! I would recommend Bev to everyone! She goes out of her way to be helpful. She took our dogs out and dealt with our loud crazy birds during our home sale process and always did it with a smile. There are few people that would do what she does!
