Bev and Dave are natives of Indiana. We both were born, and raised in Brown County. We were married in 1975, and we moved to the Columbus area in 1991; however we have many family members still living in Brown County. We have 3 children, and 4 grandchildren, who all live in the area. Dave has worked in the Columbus area since he was 15 years old, and has worked as Parts Manager at Bob Poynter Chrysler-Jeep-Hyundai for 35 years. Bev has her degree in Interior Design, and has worked in that field, along with working, as a deaf interpreter, for the local school corporation for 11 years. After many years of buying, selling, and renovating homes, we understand the importance of having good representation when conducting the most important transaction many of us may ever be involved in. We do our utmost to make certain you have all the information you need to make well informed decisions. We work with both buyers and sellers in the Columbus, and Brown County areas. Bev serves on the board of the Crossroads Association of Realtors; previously as secretary (2 terms), 2015 President, and is now Immediate Past President. Bev has been awarded Realtor of the Year for 2015 by CAR, is also a member of the local Kiwanis® group, and serves on that board. Both Bev and Dave are licensed REALTORS®, members of Crossroads Association of Realtors, MIBOR (Mid Indiana Board of Realtors), Jackson County Board of Realtors, Indiana Association of Realtors, and The National Association of Realtors. We have been members of First Christian Church in Columbus since 1991, and have dedicated ourselves to operating our business on sound Christian principles. We enjoy traveling, church activities, and spending time with family and friends. With 20 years of combined real estate experience and backgrounds in interior design, home planning, marketing, staging, spec-housing, construction and sales, our team can provide you with the guidance and representation you deserve. Buyer reviewBev has helped me with a few houses before, and she understands my needs. She is knowledgeable about all the technical details of the process and helps insulate me from some details while ensuring everything goes smoothly. She is quick to respond to any communications and is always helpful. I have referred other people to her when I know someone in the market for a house. I like the fact that Bev does not try to "push" a property on me, she let's me find my way through the house without pressuring me. Brings properties to me that she thinks would fit me, even before they come on the market or if it's something I have overlooked.

Buyer reviewWe met Bev by chance during an open house. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and we started working with her immediately. She is an outstanding realtor - she really gets to know you and what you are looking for in a home. If we had questions, she always had the answer and got back to us quickly. When there was a property we wanted to see, she almost always got us in the day we noticed it. Once we selected a house, she kept us up-to-date on the progress of the sale and made the whole buying process go very smoothly. And although she is very busy, she always made us feel like we were her most important client. Bev worked very hard to make sure we got into a home we both loved. We would highly recommend her to everyone.

Seller reviewI have dealt with a lot of realtor's, but Bev was the best realtor I have ever dealt with. She is very knowledgeable, her client comes first and she looks out for their interest 100%. She is very friendly and comfortable to be around. She makes you feel like you have known her for years. I would never deal with another agent for she is a stellar realtor. She works hard and is always on top of everything to make sure her clients doesn't feel overwhelmed. I can see why she has been selected realtor of the years several times. She is definitely an asset to Century 21 Breeden Realty. Her team member Dave makes you feel comfortable as well. They two of them are awesome.

Buyer reviewEven though we were going to be in Florida during the closing, Bev worked with us on getting paperwork done ahead of time. She even dropped off paperwork a our house to save time and make it easier for us. Met Bev and her husband at an Open House and was very easy to talk to. They understood our situation and what we were looking for. She didn't try to sell us on a house that didn't meet our criteria.
