Seller reviewBeverly worked with my father for about a year before finally being able to put the property on the market. Because of my father's failing health and the progressing dementia he had, it was difficult to get his consent to list the property. The property was also involved in a lawsuit, so we had to settle the lawsuit before listing the property for sale. Beverly was extremely patient and worked with us through every detail of a very long process! She is very much appreciated! We also appreciated the other contacts that she gave us that helped us get the property ready for sale, such as repair contractors, yard maintenance, etc. Beverly was extremely responsive - we always received a quick response to any question that we had.

If you prefer a slower, lack-luster dealing that doesn't move at the speed of light, Beverly is not your agent. We had our new house in hand and we had our old house sold ... and it all went by in a bit of a very pleasant blur. I've been acquiring and selling houses for almost 50 years, and NO agent has ever been more professional, fast and efficient at Beverly.
