Seller reviewIt was a pleasure working with Beverly. She was helpful, understanding of our concerns, sought answers to questions, and stayed on top of our sale. We had a difficult closing and she was diligent in getting us through it. She willingly worked with our new home Realtor to get our sale completed. We appreciate all she did for us. We would highly recommend her as an agent who will give warranted advice and will see your sale through to the end. The title company's rating is POOR. Beverly did all she could but they were not cooperative. She was great!!

Buyer review. Beverly, from the start, was understanding and attentive to our wants and needs. She was willing to meet us when it was convenient for us, even tho she had plans for the weekend. It was the only time we could travel to Jefferson and she took us to at least 6-7 locations. She made me feel like I was her only client. If we ever sell the house that Beverly sold us..she will get the contract.
