I can not say it often enough....we had no complaints in any area about Bill Fanning. Fantastic job! Bill Fanning contacted my husband, John and I on the phone and suggested he come talk to us regarding a specific marketing plan he had for our home. We had selected Bill as our realtor about 3 years ago and were unsuccessful in selling our home. When he called in February, 2015.... our contract with another realtor/company had just expired and were impressed that Bill initiated contact with us by phone. We invited him to our house.
