Personal Profile

I was born in Southern California and before I made too many memories, we relocated to Medford Oregon. I spent much of my childhood traveling with my dad to the Seattle area visiting family and fell in love with the area, unaware that I would eventually call this area HOME!

I attended North Medford High School and graduated in 1992, then tried my hand at college a few times before realizing I was done with my academic career. I then moved around a lot, trying new places and new things and becoming a full fledged car junky! Since turning 16 I've owned over 30 vehicles of all different kinds!

In late 1995 my dad and I came up to Lynnwood to visit family, and my Aunt and Uncle made me an offer to stay in Lynnwood and try out this area, so I asked Eagle Hardware for a transfer and in early 1996 I made the move. Little did I know that in 3 short years I'd introduce myself to my wife!

Theresa and I met in 1999 and in 2001 we were married and have two awesome kids! Sadie is a Portland State University graduate living in Seattle and Theo is attending Penn State University studying Forensic Science. We're now adjusting to life as "empty nesters"!

As a family, we love outdoors and traveling. You can often find us on hiking trails throughout the beautiful PNW and exploring our National Parks. We even have a map that we pin the National Park we've recently visited. We did a long road trip where we toured 5 National Parks and look forward to exploring more. Theresa and I try to make a few trips a year out of state to visit and explore either our favorite places and try new ones as well. Maui is definitely our favorite place for relaxing and Las Vegas for non relaxing. I'd love to know one of your favorite places to visit!

Professionally, I spent 10 years in Commercial Construction Management where I learned contract negotiation, quality control auditing, and the importance of timelines. When the economy busted in 2009, I obtained my Real Estate license. After initially struggling in real estate, I then spent nearly 10 years in Commercial Pest Control, where I worked my way into management. This allowed me to further build my contract negotiation skills, and learn the importance of building relationships and building rapport with those I am in negotiations. When Theresa joined her dad, Duane, in the running of Century 21 Real Estate Center it just made sense for me to renew my real estate license. In 2017 I was licensed while still working in pest management until 2018, when I began helping people buy and sell homes full time.

Since starting back in real estate, I am an annual award winner in both Quality Service and Masters Award based on production.

I'll leave you with one last thing…my passion for people and my love of this area make real estate fun for me. I'll do whatever I can to make it fun for you too!

I had worked with Bill Jordan when I purchased a condo a few months before I sold my home. I did not consider working with anyone other than Bill. My home was placed on the market on a Thursday and priced very competively. Bill had 2 open houses, one on Saturday and one on Sunday. Within 6 days I had 16 offers, all over asking. Needless to say I was/am quite happy with the performance of Bill Jordan. Not sure what else can be said regarding the above characteristics (and ethics) of Bill Jordan. He was there with me every step of the way before, during, and after the sale. Over and above what I would expect from any real estate agent.
  • Seller review
Our sales experience with Bill Jordan was very positive! Bill was knowledgeable about our area, prepared with comps and was able to guide us regarding our sales plan and pricing strategy. Even with disastrous weather and a tight timeline with our out of state move, Bill was able to organize several successful open houses and numerous private showings. That hard work resulted in an all cash, no contingencies offer. Thanks Bill!
  • Buyer review
Working with Bill Jordan made my home buying process very easy and smooth. Bill is really great at communication and always sent information and replied to questions or requests in a very timely manner. When we found the house I wanted to buy, Bill worked so hard to help me put in a strong offer quickly, which resulted in my offer being accepted within hours of making it among strong competition. Even after the purchase of the home was complete, Bill made sure to keep checking in with me and has helped facilitate some necessary communication with the seller and it's been so helpful to have his continued support and knowledge.

Having dealt with a few other agents before, Bill definitely stood out. We ran into many delays with my lender, and even with my frustration growing, Bill never gave up. He went above and beyond through many obstacles, just kept at it, until it was done. I've already recommended Bill to friends and family, which is not something I take lightly. He knows the business and as a work ethic that is truly impressive!

Bill Jordan zeroed in on my needs immediately, and was the first agent I talked to who did not assume I would fit into a standard program. He paid close attention to my goals and did some real creative thinking. By giving me options I did not know existed, he saved me a lot of stress while getting me the financial outcome I needed from the sale. At every stage in the process, Bill Jordan was kind, patient, and positive. I cannot recommend him highly enough. If there were a rating above "excellent" I would use it!
  • Seller review
My experience with Bill began on a Friday afternoon at 3pm. My wife and I had found a 5 acre property we loved and the owner agreed to drop the price $30,000 if we got our offer in on said Friday. The following Saturday was an open house that would be cancelled if offer was in on time. My realtor was unresponsive so I called Bill. I appraised Bill of the situation and he went to work immediately and he came through for us. Offer was sent on time and accepted. Now we had to list our house which we felt would sell easily but we needed to get the most out of our value in order for our purchase to be more easily managed. Bill took a tour of our house and gave us great advise on minor improvements that would help in value. We went to work for 2 weeks and put the house on the market. It sold in 2 days $30,000 above asking. Through the whole process Bill was there every day to answer my questions (often dumb questions) and guide us through the process of selling our first home. Up to now everything sounds neat and tidy right? One night Bill asked for a meeting and informed us that our buyer had backed out and forfeited his earnest money. This was a big blow to the gut for about 10 seconds when new paper work was produced from another buyer. Our home sale had multiple offers and Bill contacted one of these individuals and they were seamlessly substituted and all was well. The sale of our home could not have gone better. We are absolutely thrilled with the process and outcome. Unfortunately the only time I didn't ask Bill for advice was my lender. The IRS lost my tax return and my lender was not able to handle this complication. To make a long miserable story short we were not able to close on time. We were looking at 6-9 weeks rent back and possible loss of the property. Bill negotiated a 20 day rent back and asked me change to a lender he recommends. I am not an easy person to deal with and at this point the thought of going through the lender process again was a brave thing to ask me. But he did ask me because it was what was best for me. I am so glad he asked and he handled it beautifully. The new lender closed within 10 days. It was the 18th day of our rent back agreement. Bill was always on time or early. But most of all he was always there for when we needed him and a lot of the time we didn't know til after the fact. Like handling all our Pod movements. Including storing our Pods in his driveway when we failed to close through no fault of his own. In closing there were many high fives when we could finally call it our own. I'm glad we went through it with Bill. He is a true agent-there for you when you can't be.
