Seller reviewSelling or purchasing a home is a pivotal moment in anyone's life. It can often bring feelings of anxiety and confusion. You only want the best realtor to accompany you on this journey. I chose Bill Klaiber to accompany me! Bill was there throughout the home selling process. As my agent Bill was incredibly communicative. He promptly kept me involved and notified as to every new development concerning my home. Bills negotiation skills and knowledge of the housing market enabled me to achieve top asking price for my home. My home was also listed for a very short time before selling. Last but not least, Bill showed genuine support and care that went well beyond his duties as a realtor. Bill really catered to my needs as his client. Not only would I recommend him to friends, I did, and my friend closed on their property the day before I closed on this one! Thanks Bill!! Also, I didn't know anything about these lots I purchased, and Bill did all the research and advised me skillfully on the property. Awesome.
