Seller reviewI had searched other listing of comparable lots in the area and saw listings by Bill Muse. After talking with Bill it was obvious that Bill had a thorough understanding of the area and would be the agent to list with. I also explained that I was assisting my elderly in-laws in their 90's and he assured me they could do it all remotely. My in-laws think I worked so hard delivering on the sale of their Kentucky property and for such a great price when in reality it was all Bill Muse. First time I have been involved with selling a property as an absentee seller and this was as easy as it gets..!! Bill Muse did an excellent job start to finish from evaluating a perspective sale price,photos,listing and closing. We had one problem on our end and Bill directed us to an easy resolution. Bill maintained contact all the way through and always returned a call or text. Bill is a Professional.

Buyer reviewI have known Bill for quite some time and felt he would be understanding of my wants in a house. I knew I could trust him. After finding the perfect house and being only days away from closing, I lost my job. Bill stuck with me and was able to negotiate a extension on the credit while I looked for employment.
