I have been in the Real Estate business for the last 14 years and have demonstrated to both buyers and sellers my belief that honesty, integrity, high levels of customer service, and a willingness to go the extra mile are the hallmarks of a professional. We all know that there is more to life than our careers. In an effort to give back to the community, I have been, and continue to be an active volunteer firefighter, and I also serve in several volunteer capacities in my Church. Seller reviewI have known Bill Rinaldi personally for many years, so when it came time to sell my property at 116 Jefferson Heights, I knew I was going to use Bill as my agent. I reached out to Bill and he immediately met with me, my husband and son and explained the process of listing, advertising and selling my property. Bill kept in constant contact with me and I was aware of every time he showed the property. We sat together every few weeks and discussed how things were going and several times it was necessary to lower the price. At the onset, Bill said to give him 6 months to sell my property. At 3 1/2 months we were under contract and had the closing at 4 1/2 months. The entire process from listing to selling with Bill Rinaldi was handled professionally. I was kept informed constantly. I am very greatful for Bill's assistance and expedience in selling my property and will use him again in the near future to sell another property. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor.
