We've used Bill to buy two houses and sell one over the years. He's very knowledgable about the market, responsive and an all around great guy.

We purchased our first home with Bill Underdown's help while we lived overseas. Bill made the process smooth and easy, right down to helping us select a painter, furniture and rental management plan for the property. We used the property as a vacation rental/income property and off season get away for ourselves.
