I was helping my 85 year old father-in-law sell his home. My father-in-law, my wife and myself sat down and made a list of what we hoped to get from a realtor. We were leaving the state, so we needed someone we could trust to do everything. We wanted someone who worked for a well known company, professional, experienced, knows the area and has history selling houses there. And honestly someone that we liked. Billie Jean has all these qualities. Also, even though my fater-in-law is 85 and I was very involved in all the decisions, every time she spoke she always spoke to my fater-in-law. I respect her for that. She really went above and beyond! Because we were leaving the state we had to leave misccellaneous items behind, she put in alot of time finding places for the stuff, including giving away to the needy and hiring someone to haul off the rest. She also coordinated several repairs that needed to be done. As we say in the military Bravo Zulo Billie Jean!
