Seller reviewI was referred to Mr. Stanley by my parents who had used him as their realtor on more than one occasion and were never disappointed with his services. I generally have high expectations when it comes to transparency and communication. Mr. Stanley exceeded those expectations! He kept me up to date and explained every step of the process in terms that I could understand. Not only do I now have a realtor from this point forward, I have also gained a great friend.

Buyer reviewWe were pleased to have a simple conversation about the property. Other agents wouldn't discuss anything in detail without first filling out a stack of forms. Blair gave me a personal tour of the area to show comparable properties. That was very helpful since we're coming from out of state and are only vaguely familiar with the local area. Given the current situation with the Covid-19 shutdowns, we weren't sure if buying a property would even be possible. Blair seemed to have everything in-line to make it simple. Thank you!
