I met Blanche on line from her website 3 yrs age. I blindly came to AK 3 years ago. Blanche helped me find a place to live. I had to come back to CA to work, Blanche patiently kept in touch with me. Wanting to retire soon, saw houses on line in HSV, called Blanche. She helped me buy, on line, site unseen, if I did not trust Blanche, would not have happened.

I was out of town quiet a bit at the end of my contract and Blanche would call me to let me know of things that needed to be done and she took care of those things and I just sent her the check to cover them. This helped me from having to drive back to Hot Springs from Louisiana.

Blanche hung in there with us for over three years since we first contacted her to look at HSV homes by keeping us updated via emails with homes that fit our criteria. We appreciated her sticking with us, even through times when it looked like we may never have made the move here. When we finally did sell our home, Blanche was able to accomodate us on short notice, showing us multiple homes that made our final selection an easy and fairly painless process. We are very pleased with our new home.
