Bo was AMAZING. Thia was not an easy closing. My loan officer was new and the processor was new. Bo had my back at every turn. She ran interference when I was at my wits end...listened when I cried tears, allowed me to vent and was involved as she could be. Without Bo, I don't think we would have closed this loan yet. I found out that higher dollar loans were prioritized by the Mortgage Loan officer/processor Bo however treated us with dignity, respect, and kindness.
