Seller reviewBob assisted me with the sale of my townhome in Methuen, MA. This is the second occasion where I chose to use Bob to represent me. Thus, I have had the opportunity to interact with him on both the buyer's side and the seller's side of the transaction. As was true when I purchased my townhome, my experience as a seller of the same property, was equally positive. In short, with no exaggeration, this gentleman went above and beyond for me in all aspects of the sale of my property. Communication was excellent and knowledge of the market was essential in the pricing of my property. I was able to get a sale price far over the asking price.
