Seller reviewFrom the beginning of my contact with Bob Boob about the sale of our proporty to the closing of the sale, Bob continued to demonstrate his expertise in the real estate market of our area. Bob answered all my questions in a timely manner. Bob also made suggestions and pointed out factors which he felt would expedite the sale of our home. I especially appreciate the aggresive way Bob marketed our home which led to an acceptable offer within a week of being listed. I believe Bob is a man of integrity and I would recommend him to family, friends, or anyone interested in selling their home.

Bob talked me through everything I needed to do to sell the place fast and for a better price. He is very knowledgeable and right on track. He saved me from having to get another set of tenants by selling the property before I had to. He's awesome!!!
