Bob Fall was recommended to us by both a friend and a family member. In addition a Realtor from another agency also spoke very highly of him He measured up to all of the wonderful things we had already heard about him. He was always very responsive and quick to respond to any questions or concerns we might have had. He was great at helping us and the seller navigate through the paperwork. He did all of that even though he didn't get any commission off of the home that we ended up buying through a for sale by owner situation. Bob not only offered great advice. He clearly explained the reasons behind his advice. It is clear that Bob not only takes care of his clients because it's his job, but he cares about them as individuals as well. We would highly recommend Bob to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. We are very happy in our new home and have no plans of moving again. But if that should ever change he would be the first one we would call.
