Seller reviewBob went out of his way to make sure that my parent's property was sold and all the details were covered. There were a lot of issues that popped up from either the buyers or their inspector ... things that were way outside the box in what inspectors should even do. Bob handled it with grace and calm and was very professional in his approach. When there was "bad news" in the process, he was a stable force and a guy who had people at his beck and call to address the issues that needed addressing.
