I have 36 years in the Real Estate Business, beginning in 1981. I retired from the military after 24 years of service. The first 10 years was in the Navy in Nuclear Submarines. The last 14 years were in the Army National Guard. I have many family ties to military service. My Father and many Uncles served in WWII and after. My son-in-law is on active duty in the Navy stationed in Japan. I have a Granddaughter and Nephew who currently serve on active duty in the Navy and Air Force respectively.
I have extensive experience in the Residential Real Estate field. The benefits to you will be that I understand not only the current tools being used today, but the reasons for these tools and the principles they are based on. I am also very knowledgeable in the Omaha Metro Market having grown up in the area and also my many years of listing and selling properties in Cass, Sarpy, and Douglas Counties. I am well versed in difficulties of a Military Relocation and the pressures it places on the member and their families.

He explained the local tax levies, rates, and special taxation imposed by Sanitary Improvement Districts. He also got us in contact with mortgage brokers who bid on rates to get our business. His local knowledge and contacts made this purchase a breeze for us. Everyone at the Century 21 office was extremely friendly and made us feel welcomed to the area.

Seller reviewMy wife picked Bob Lewis because he took the time to look over the house completely and setup a complete plan, and proved to her that he was dedicated in selling the house. Other agents pretty much just gave my wife pamphlets and didn't seem to care if she sold the house and were not putting in the effort. Bob Lewis is better than all the other agents we have had or run into.
