He knows the area and that is one of the reasons I contacted him. Bob worked well with the other agent, and buyer, negotiating the price just as we had discussed. The contract, rental agreement, and sale all went very smoothly and efficiently. It was a very easy, quick and smooth process, and Bob just did what he does best! He even postponed his vacation to be at the closing! I am glad that I called him to get this house SOLD! I will certainly recommend him to anyone in the area that needs an outstanding broker!
