Seller reviewHaving purchased 4 and sold 3 houses in my lifetime, Bobbi went ABOVE and BEYOND what I've ever experienced with a realtor. Her kindness during a very difficult season (I was dealing with my parents' home following the death of my mom) and willingness to go the extra mile helped settle my questions how this would work with me living 5 states away. Every time I had a question she answered quickly and if research was needed, she got it done. When the sale and closing were completed, she called just to see how I was doing. I feel like I gained a friend through this process and would highly recommend her!

Her understanding made it easy to communicate with her and for her to grasp our expectations & needs. The home needed to sell ASAP. Bobbi advised us, personally helped start the set up of an estate sale, and got the house on the market quickly! We feel she went above & beyond for us. She had an interest in more than the sale. She cared about us. She was available through texting or phone if we had questions or concerns. Her knowledge & experience lead to a quick listing and sale - Listed Monday, shown Tuesday, offer Thursday, and with phone & internet communication, a deal was made Thursday evening. Incredible!! (Our heads are still spinning!) We feel she would bring the same helpful, caring & professional approach to anyone looking to sell a property. One day, when we look to sell our home, if she'll work with us, she will be the one we call!!
