While I realize there are other agents we could consider, we didn't because with Bonnie we already had the best agent for us. She knew what we wanted. She knew about properties in Frankfort. She is very accessible. Never a time that I tried to contact her that I couldn't reach her. She had answers to all questions. She also recommended properties to look at. If ever we have to relocate, we will definitely use Bonnie Fint again and will highly recommend her to family and friends.

I originally listed the house for sale by owner. She called me and said she got a call from her daughter which is a friend and she gave me all kinds of pointers on selling the house. Never once asked me to list with her. That said a lot to me. When I couldn't sell it on my own I contacted Bonnie and within 5-6 hours from meeting with her she already had a buyer with a contract. Absolutely amazing. There's no other words for her. She took care of everything. I would definitely list with her again if I ever were to sell my house.
