Bonnie went above and beyond when helping me prepare the property and watching over it. I live in another state and she managed many aspects of the sale that would not normally fall to the real estate agent -- for example, helping with lawn services. She negotiated well on my behalf. She communicated regularly. Despite the 3 hour time difference, she was available when we needed her.
