An investor purchased my home in New Jersey and I needed to find a property that I could afford with at least one acre. The home had to be in good condition and with public water/sewer. Most importantly, I needed to find a home with these qualities quickly. Bonnie walked me through the property on Zoom, as I was over three hours away. Bonnnie always responded when I had questions or needed more information. When I found the property I wanted to purchase, Bonnie made sure the process went smoothly. I am new to this area and to the state of Pennsylvania. She was very informative and a quick problem solver. Bonnie always asked if I was okay.
