Buyer reviewTrying to buy a house during a pandemic (with all of it's restrictions) while pregnant (with my health restrictions) seems almost impossible. Bonnie made it the easier than we could have imagined. I love her for that. Bonnie was excellent and professional throughout our whole experience. She was able to easily answer all our questions, not just about the process but the area too. She was invaluable. Bonnie fiercely fought during negotiations for our fix it list to be completed in full. We were shocked when the seller's agreed to do everything, only Bonnie could have done that. She became like a part of our family during this process. I don't think we could have had a better experience with anyone else. I highly recommend Bonnie and when we go to sell our house, she will be the first call we make.

She always kept me updated throughout the process and always made sure I felt comfortable with everything. She is so personable and really cares about her clients. That's something that stood out for me because I could genuinely tell that she wanted to help me, and that made it so easy to work with her. I had an amazing experience with Bonnie and I would highly recommend her to my friends and other family members when they start the process of buying a home. In addition to all of this, I was a first time home-buyer and she really helped me fully understand every step of the process which made me feel very comfortable. Overall, I am so thankful that my sister recommended Bonnie and I am so happy in my new home!

I did not have to worry about interacting with other people who would probably try to be dishonest because I do not know the lingo. Bonnie played the liaison perfectly and made me feel at ease.
