Born and raised a Wyoming girl, I returned to my roots and the beauty of the Rocky Mountain West in 2000, after working and living for many years, in different areas of the country. I have spent the last 21 years in Victor, Idaho, building and growing my real estate business. With over 15 years of experience as Broker/Owner of Century 21 Teton Valley (formerly All Season Resort Realty) , I have gained an in-depth knowledge of the Teton Valley, Idaho market as well as Jackson Hole, Wyoming and neighboring markets. Seller reviewBonny Etchemendy is expert in all phases of home sales. She'd once previously sold another of our homes, seemingly in minutes. This time though the market was lethargic. Many homes on the market. Few being sold. But in the end ours, to this day, remains one of only a handfull that have actually sold. In such a testy and competitive environment special skills are needed to publicize an option for sale, to present the option to appropriate buyers, and then finally to close the deal. Bonny handled all aspects with aplomb. How many relators attend every showing, even when initiated by another realtor from a different firm? Bonny did. How many report back to the seller after every single showing? Bonny did. How many oversee corrective work by hired contractors when the seller has to be away? Bonny did. An outstanding realtor. A model for all. Exceeds expectations at every turn.
