We had looked at a few homes and I only had put bid on one other prior to the one I purchased and I know the clock was ticking and you needed me to find one but I can't tell you how glad I am that I waited!!!!! He seemed fair and reasonable In my early interactions with him which I liked. He ended up being a huge help in the entire process of a very complicated / emotional real estate Exchange and managed to make everyone happy. We're happy to have worked with him. He was very communicative between all parties and was a huge help in the coordinating of documents and deadlines that needed to be adhered to. I'd recommend him to anyone, he's a great listener, will go to bat for you to help you find your fit.
