From the very first phone conversation to our "closing," Brad exhibited a professional, courteous, and caring demeanor. And he was reliable, promptly getting the answers to my questions, and communicating with me the same or next day. Since my husband and I are moving from Los Angeles, CA returning to Indiana, there were additional challenges due to the time difference and distance. Still, the process went very smoothly. My husband and I first flew to Indy to see some homes, and decided on the community where we wished to buy. Through many months, Brad was diligent in sending us listings in our price range so that we had a sense of the market and the features we would want in a home. Brad also was available to show our daughter and son-in-law some homes allowing a video "walk through" of houses so we could see them, and possible make an offer. When two houses were listed that fit our expectations, Brad suggested I fly to Indy right away to be in the best situation to negotiate. I did. My husband and I loved one house! And when we recently "closed" on this house, Brad delivered our new house keys to our daughter's address.
