Buyer reviewBrad, went above and beyond for me. He showed me many listings until I found what i liked, and then he helped me bargain down the price. He stayed on top of the lawyers and bankers, assuring they were doing their job in a timely fashion. He always made sure to thoroughly explain everything to me in detail and constantly kept updating me on the status of everything. I would highly recommend Brad and will be using him in the future.

Being that this is the first home I have purchased he took his time explaining every step along the way and always answered any questions in a very timely manner. The Century 21 staff spent the time to walk me through every page of my Co-op application to ensure I was prepared for my interview. They spent their time making sure all copies were made and checks properly written. I felt like there was an entire team making sure I was able to purchase my home.
