Amazing agent that was willing and avalible when needed whether that be a phone call or in person meeting. He was quick to run down things when we had questions on. He was very patient with us and our changing requirments. We went from design and building to purchasing a house and he was there through it all and did not show any signs of frustration as we developed what we really wanted. Brady Boren was phenomenal from start to finish. I initially used him to purchase a home in Utah. Five years later I used him again to sell the same home. He went above and beyond during my home search by working with me remotely. He didn't rest until he found what I was looking for. Everything went according to plan and I purchased the home without hassle. When selling the home, the choice to use him again was a no-brainer. He even maintained contact with me over the years to continue a good working relationship. I listed the home for sale on a Thursday, had multiple showings on Friday, and went under contract on Monday. That shows his ability to market and sell a home.
