Born in Spokane, BranDen moved around the state due to the family logging profession. He graduated from Pacific Lutheran University with a degree in Psychology. He has been a personal trainer since he was 18 years old where he learned how to help people set and achieve goals. BranDen has been the Sales/Account/Operations Manager for a family-owned agricultural company. These experiences have taught him the value of relationships, how to maintain accounts and clients, and the importance of effective communication and reliable follow-through. After years of building a business for other people, BranDen's entrepreneurial spirit led him to a career in real estate. In his spare time, BranDen enjoys basketball, strength training, snowboarding, world traveling, going to the movies, and riding Washington trails in his Polaris RZR. Buyer reviewWhen I was searching for a buyer's agent, it was important to me that they had experience with new construction and with land in addition to knowing the local players. We are on the East Coast and relied heavily on BranDen to help us out with ensuring that the sale went through flawlessly. He went above and beyond in making sure that any question we had or any problem we had during the due diligence period was answered and usually got us an answer within an hour. Our organization couldn't have asked for a better buyer's agent. He made sure that we knew he was available to us throughout the entire process and clearly communicated with us and the seller as well as with the HOA. Very dedicated to making sure the deal closed without a hitch. If we have to buy another piece of land in the Spokane area, he will be my first phone call. Everything went very smooth and was as painless as could be.

The more they know, the more they are able to execute their jobs at a high quality level. What stood out the most to me - their communication level. I was impressed by it and it made for an extremely EASY process from beginning to end. BranDen & Shianne are willing to work with whatever communication method that works best for you and will ask as many questions pertaining to details as they think necessary to find an extremely high quality property. Both during & after the process, I told family and friends that I really wouldn't work with any other realtor and I'd point anyone in their direction knowing full well my recommendation will come to fruition for them. I very much hope I get the privilege of working with the two of them in the future.

Seller reviewBranDen and Shianne are a dream team that came through for us above and beyond by the end of our work with them! They were everything the recommending agent Mindy Jo Lyons said they would be and got the job done superbly! They went above and beyond helping us sell our home, from negotiating fairly, to anticipating things before they became issues and resolving them swiftly and professionally. The communication was always available and clear, and they even made themselves available in person whenever we needed them. Overall, my husband and I are very grateful to them for all the work they did for us, and even though we realize this is their job and they get paid to do it, it felt like they both had almost a personal/friendly stake in our success and well being. That's a rare find amongst sale people, a quality we value very much. We would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Spokane/Nine Mile Area!
