Born in Spokane, BranDen moved around the state due to the family logging profession. He graduated from Pacific Lutheran University with a degree in Psychology. He has been a personal trainer since he was 18 years old where he learned how to help people set and achieve goals. BranDen has been the Sales/Account/Operations Manager for a family-owned agricultural company. These experiences have taught him the value of relationships, how to maintain accounts and clients, and the importance of effective communication and reliable follow-through. After years of building a business for other people, BranDen's entrepreneurial spirit led him to a career in real estate. In his spare time, BranDen enjoys basketball, strength training, snowboarding, world traveling, going to the movies, and riding Washington trails in his Polaris RZR. From the low appraisal, changing lenders, months of construction delay after construction delay, Branden was there at every turn taking care of every detail. He never dropped the ball even when he got married during this time! He is the nicest person in the industry, but when he needed to get tough, he really went to bat for me. His professional guidance and encouragement pushed me to the finish line when at times I wanted to quit, and I am now the proud owner of a beautiful new condo.

Seller reviewBranDen Tipton made recommendations on anything we needed to do before listing, when the first offer came in he advised us on our options. Although he knew we could get more for the house, and advised us as such, he also understood we were looking for a quick transaction and helped us through that process. Every question we had on the process was quickly answered, even if he had to contact other agencies to get the answer. A+ agent that I will use for all my real estate transactions in the future.
