Seller reviewWe were referred to Brandi Nelson by a friend. She came to visit the property right away, looked over everything and gave us direct feedback on what we should do to help the house sell as quickly as possible. Life was busy on multiple fronts, and we struggled to get the things accomplished on time. She recommended that we hold off on listing until we completed the small projects, so we did, even though we were in a hurry to get it on the market. Once we finished, Brandi listed the property and had multiple people ready to view the home. We had an offer the first day the property was shown. Throughout the process, Brandi was easily reached and communicated with us often. We couldn't be happier with how the whole process went, as this was our first home sale and Brandi Nelson made it easy.
