He was always available if we had questions - even if it was something he himself could not answer, he would find out (in detail) and reply to us soon after. We could see how diligent and involved Brandon was, always mindful of what we were looking for. Brandon made our first home buying experience actually enjoyable! You often hear how overwhelmingly frustrating and stressful it can be to find your perfect home, but Brandon helped make the process something we could be excited about and satisfied with. We were all over the board on knowing exactly what we wanted and Brandon helped us narrow down our list of wants and needs.He also did a great job of taking all of the stress out of both transactions. we did not need to worry about if everything that needed to be done was done.
