Seller reviewBrandy was super outgoing and knowledgeable!! He was upfront and honest with what he felt the market value of our home was and he helped us work through the entire process. He was very professional and was spot on with pricing as our home went under contract quickly and the sale of our home was a smooth process, we would definitely use Brandy again and refer him to our friends and family. We were super pleased to have our home go under contract immediately , and we had no issues at any point in the process. Brandy kept in constant contact with us from the first day we met with him to sign the listing agreement until the day of closing. He worked diligently and stayed on top of things and kept us informed through the entire sale of our home.

We explained that we didn't want to sell right away, but asked that he come out and answer a few of our questions and take a look at our home. Let's just say not long after, we had an offer and the house was sold. Brandy was very respectful and attentive to our requests. He made selling our home which could have been stressful into a pleasant experience! We loved the energy that Brandy exuded when helping us sell our home. He was available anytime. When we had questions, he answered us right away. We definitely would recommend Brandy and wouldn't think twice about using him again in the future.
