It took two years, but we finally bought a home in Little Washington. We met Brenda on our first visit and always kept her in mind for when the time was right to buy. We were walking to her office to start our latest tour in Feb. when we noticed a historic home for sale. Brenda added it to the list, answered all our questions, guided us through the process and we closed six weeks later. She was there when we needed her and did her job in a friendly, professional manner. We will continue to lean on her during the minor renovations we've scheduled and throughout the moving process. Sarah and I highly recommend her.
