Brenda Lee Jones has been an excellent agent and we chose her because she is a home owner on my husbands property and she heard that we were looking for a house and offered to get us started in the process. We had no idea what we were doing in the beginning and she helped us understand the process and vocabulary of home buying. I'm very grateful that she helped us get our foot in the door with a great trustworthy lender because I had heard and witnessed so many horror stories with lenders. She never gave up on us, it took us a good 3 years to actually get in to a house. What an awesome lady, she deserves a raise :)! When we finally got our pre-approval letter and found the home we wanted we had a multiple offer situation and in the beginning they rejected our offer. She was so quick to try and get us in as a back up offer (which the sellers agent didn't accept), but just a few hours later the first offer fell through and she very quickly got us in and under contract, she actually had to help the sellers agent in the process and I was so grateful that we had an agent that knew what she was doing. She made us feel like we were number one and that was very important to us. She is very knowledgeable and trustworthy! I was thoroughly impressed at how comfortable she made us feel. She was so insanely fast at responding to our questions and concerns!! One thing that i really liked was the fact that she had no problem staying on the phone with me and answering my million questions :)! She went above and beyond our expectations! I have and will continue to refer my family and friends to Brenda Lee Jones. We are extremely satisfied with Brenda and we will use her in our future home purchases!
