Seller reviewI had known Brenda as a friend, however, I had not previously had the need of a real estate agent in Owensboro. After I spoke to Brenda the first time, she went to the house, assessed what needed to be done, and it was A LOT.....landscaping, cleaning, painting, repairs.....and she attended to all of it. I live 2 1/2 hours away in Murray, and Brenda was a true angel in finding the right people in the right cost range, and organizing all the work to get done. It all came together in a very short period of time for the house to go 'on the market'. Amazingly, I had an offer within about 2 hours of the house being FOR SALE. I did decline that offer, but the same person upped their offer and the house was considered 'Sold', under contract, that is....in less then 24 hours of being for sale. I owe it all to Brenda...it would have been impossible for me to do all she did waving her magic wand with professionalism and true warmth in helping me at every turn.
