Please allow me the opportunity to help you in making one of the biggest decisions of your life. I am a native Fauquier Resident, married for 30 years and have three children and one grandson. I have been selling real estate since 1978. I am the President of The Fauquier County Fair, Inc., Past President of Virginia Association of Fairs and active inthe Greater Area Association of Realtors. I have been heavily involved with 4H and other community activities my whole life. I am a certified Buyer's Agent, and specialize in first-time home buyers. Buyer reviewWe had heard a lot of great things about Brenda Rich and her realtor capabilities. One of the greatest things about Brenda as a realtor is her understanding of people and their schedules. She worked with our schedules and went the extra mile with following up about our questions regarding the process, the home we were interested in and was very timely with providing feedback and making sure we were prepared. Her co-realtor Kateland was very kind and helpful as well. They both had great attitudes and made us feel very comfortable. Their thoughtfulness and attention to detail went a long way for us. My husband and I will definitely be referring them. She's wonderful. Her knowledge and expertise of the business plus her friendly laid-back demeanor makes her a great realtor. She also gave us a lot of tips along the way of what changes or upgrades we could do to our home which was very helpful too.
