Buyer reviewBrenda is a realtor who listens to what the buyer wants and is always professional and courteous. Whenever I had a question regarding certain terms dealing with home buying terms I did not understand, Brenda took the time to explain certain processes and how they work. I probably hounded Brenda a bit much, but she did not seem to mind; always pleasant and willing to assist. i would definitely use Brenda again if and when I'm ever in the market for another home in San Antonio.

With your help, we escaped foreclosure and still made a profit on the sale of our home. I have dealt with many real estate agents, In a few different states. Brenda is the best agent I have ever worked with. She knows the ins and outs of the industry, and gets things done quickly. If one thing didn't work out, she always had a way to keep moving that made everybody happy. Brenda stayed positive and motivated, and was always available to talk, what's more, everything was handled electronically, so me being in a different state and time zone was no problem. My family and I really appreciate everything you did to make this sale happen. Our lives are going to be so much better, because you prevented our home from being foreclosed. You are the best!

She does her homework, takes your needs into consideration, and is willing to work on your schedule. Whatever it is that is important to you, she will do her best to find what will fit. She is honest, will stay within the parameters given, and walk you through every step. Above all, her desire is to make her clients happy. I loved every moment of working with her!

Seller reviewBrenda was amazing in every aspect. She walked me through the whole process and advised me on things but always allowed me To make the decisions. I really appreciated her knowledge and experience as it made selling my house from a long distance that much easier on me. She took initiative and anticipated my needs. She never came to me with a problem without having a possible solution. We had great communicative skills and I appreciated not having to worry about things out of my control due to distance.
