Seller reviewBrenda was phenomenal from beginning to end. She went above and beyond. She was an 11/10. Great communicator, super patient when unexpected documents were needed on my end, knew the area cold, and gave a lot of focus and attention for what was just a small transaction. She was great at coordinating with title and the buyers and staying on top of every aspect of the deal. I can't imagine someone doing a better job. I've done a lot of real estate deals, and Brenda is in a class of her own. I would 100% recommend hiring her.
