I can not recommend Brendan enough to anyone looking to buy a house! He was so knowledgeable about every step of the way, was a true resource when we didn't know what to think, and pointed out things we never would have noticed. Not only that, he made himself available after we under contract and really went the extra mile for us. Brendan made an overwhelming process very digestable and we ended up in our dream house! I want to buy another house just to work with Brendan again!
