Buyer reviewBret brought an enthusiastic attitude to every viewing and contract negotiation as if it were the first time. After 7 months of searching and failing, Bret continuously motivated us throughout the process. Sales experience was rough based solely on market availability and our budget. Some issues that were not expected during our final contract were frustrating however, no issues were related to my experience with Bret, or our handling of the process.
