We live in California and were looking to rent a house in Texas for our son. We were introduced to Brett by a friend and we used him to find a rental for our son. After six months we decided to move to Texas and contacted Brett again. Brett took the time to meet with us show us homes via the Internet and FaceTime with us until we found the house we liked. Because of our distance from the area Brett had to be available to us at all hours. We were able to find a home and with Brett's help we were able to close the deal from California with very little worry. He worked with our son in Texas and saved us from traveling back and forth from California to Texas. Even after the sale Brett continued to help us by picking up the keys to the house and giving them to our son at his place of work.
