Seller reviewTalked to Brett about pricing on lots based on his knowledge in the area. Excellent advice. Got Brett to set up a contractor to do some cleanup work prior to showing the property. Brett located a contractor, advice him what needed to be done, then paid him cash out of pocket which I later reimbursed. The couple that saw the property was considering a low offer, but Brett let them know he had other customers coming in the next week. They made me an offer which matched the asking price, and they paid half the closing costs. An excellent transaction, quick sale, quick closing and a very satisfied seller.

We ran into some situations that needed attention in order to sell the property and Brett was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting these resolved.
