Buyer reviewWe had the great privilege of working with Brian Carrier on the purchase of our new home! Brian is very knowledgeable and very enthusiastic about helping people get what they work for. He is very thorough on his initial walk through on the houses and notices things ordinary people (ourself included) would of never have known to look for. Every question, every text or call was always answered promptly!! Brian went over and beyond our expectations and was determined that we were not going get "lost" in all the legalities that comes with buying a home. He literally handled everything for us with the Bank, Title company and sellers/realtors, this made things so much less stressful than expected!!! I would recommend Brian with Great confidence that the job will ALWAYS be done to the best of his ability and beyond your expectations!! We were also very thankful for the housewarming gift he gave at closing!!! YOU ARE AND WILL ALWAYS BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!

Buyer reviewMr. Brian was excellent in this sale. Any time I called or texted him he replied quick. If I had any questions he always came back with the appropriate answer and answered multiple questions I had with just one answer. He didn't get mad at me for asking the same question just in a different form. He still answered it with his knowledge he had. I would definitely recommend Brian to any people I know that wants to buy a home. I will definitely use Brian again when I want to find something new.

Brian was very nice, understanding and went over and beyond for any needs we had. If I had the chance to go back I wouldn't change anything.
