Seller reviewHe had been referred to us by a friend. Once we met him we liked him and knew he knew the market. Our sale went off without issues. Brian's knowledge of the area was very helpful in coming up with a sale price. Brian was dealing with three sets of owners, he never lost patience. Two of whom had to have papers fedexed back and forth. Yet we closed on time with no delays.

Buyer reviewTho I really did meet Brian Friebel in my neighborhood surreptitiously as he was showing another property & I did have another agent; I decided to follow up with Brian Friebel for the following reasons: I immediately recognized his salesmanship and willingness to be available to me. He provided a business card while he was waiting for his client to arrive, and shared details about the property of interest. In every future instance, Brian Friebel responded to my call or text in a timely fashion. In this fast paced market, as decisions needed to be made quickly, Brian Friebel guided me through the process which involved 3 showings of the selected property/including weekends and a lengthy session in his office to include formulating a successful offer. This session included informative information regarding benefits of an escalation clause. I hope this information is helpful and supportive to Brian Friebel in his professional career in real estate! I would recommend Brian Friebel to family and friends in their future real estate endeavors.

He had the added challenge of it being a combined client situation and knew that while we purchased together it was her lead that would be followed. He explained and guided thru the entire process of looking, offering, negotiating, and closing. He was thorough in listening to needs of property and location as well as budget. He also always looked at things thru the eyes of the buyer above any personal views resulting in the perfect guide to finding the perfect home. Buyer reviewThe purchase of my house was not as easy. It was sold as is. However Brian made sure to solve all of our problems as they arose Brian did a great getting us the house we wanted. He truly cares about his clients. He has even come over to help rake and cut down trees from the property after closing. Thank you Brian! We will reccomend you to anyone looking to buy a home!
