Buyer reviewBrian Monahan is, hands down, the very best realtor I've ever worked with. His service is outstanding. He's professional, helpful, direct, honest, and friendly. He truly cared most about helping me find the home that was right for me, not just about getting his commission. When I backed out of an offer, he was very supportive. When I found the house I wanted, I became anxious about the money I was about to spend. Brian, without missing a beat, said "Do you want me to call them and say you've changed your mind?". I was so amazed, and impressed, that he didn't pressure me. The home I purchased, he took me to see the day after having surgery on his foot. Talk about dedication! Brian is a rare find among realtors - honest and caring. He is a genuinely good person and unfailingly professional and responsive. I didn't just gain a realtor, I gained a friend.
